You literally can't go on Facebook or Youtube these days without seeing a sponsored ad

with some guru telling you how easy it is to flip houses and drive exotic cars

I hate to break it to you, but that's totally false! I'm almost disgusted by how easy some gurus make this business seem. It ends up giving everyday people improper expectations. The reality is this business is HARD WORK! 

You're not going to get something for nothing. Essentially you're going to have to put in alot of strategic work in order to see results. Guess what though? IF you truly buckle down and do the work, the results can be amazing.

In my case this business has allowed me to take care of my family for the past decade. I am a 2x college dropout. Statistics say that i should be possibly working at Walmart right now.

I would not consider myself overly smart, i didn't come from money, nor did i have a whole bunch of resources when i started. 

You know what i did have though? Sheer will and determination. Too many people these days quit before they even get started. I've seen people literally do one marketing campaign...not get any deals from it...and the QUIT!

If you're that type of person i truly feel sorry for you...because you'll never reap this rewards of this business. If you're just getting started i suggest you really take a moment to think.  

WHY are you trying to get into this business in the first place? What's your why?

If you're trying to get in so that you can make some quick bucks without putting in any effort, please stop. I'm trying to save you the heartache.

Only those with a strong WHY will have success in this business or any business.
